Patient Portal
Welcome to the Lone Star Allergy & Asthma Center Patient Portal. The Patient Portal provides a secure pathway for patients' to communicate with our practice and allows convenient access to healthcare related information and services.

New Patients
If you are visiting our office for the first time, please enter your User ID (your email address) and Password to complete your new patient paperwork.  For those patients without an email address, click on the New Patient Paperwork link on the right side of this screen then enter the requested personal information along with your Registration Token when prompted in order to complete the new patient paperwork.  

You should have received your temporary password via email or a registration token over the phone when you called our office to pre-register for an appointment.  If you do not have this information, please call our office at (940) 565-5900 and one of our friendly receptionists will assist you.


Current Patients
Current patients may use the portal to manage appointments, request a prescription refill, view and print clinical data, communicate with their doctor, view statements and to pay their bill.  The portal should not be used for medical emergencies.  If you do not have a password or cannot access the portal for any reason, please call our office at (940) 565-5900 and one of our friendly receptionists will be happy to help.
